How tight you wear the bracelet is based on personal preference. However, we always advise to choose a larger size than your actual wrist size, in particular for the Zen Loop Duo and Icon Loop as these do not stretch like the silicon products. We make these a little larger to allow for the clasp to open/fasten and allow for the internal measurement of the bracelets, therefore you may find the bracelets are slightly larger than ordered if measured out flat, as the size is based on the internal circumference when placed on your wrist.
Measure around your wrist using a piece of string or tape measure then purchase the closest maximum size to your actual wrist size, for instance if your wrist measures 18cm choose the LARGE size.
Our Colantotte® wristband products are made out of high quality materials, in some cases these are titanium so they don't stretch like our Trion:Z silicon products. Please take this into consideration when choosing a size.
* NOTE: Size is measured around the knee. Due to the fact that size of thighs and knee joint shape may vary, there may be some slippage occurring when using the support during exercise or over long periods of time, therefore there may need to be some adjustment required during use to ensure correct fit and comfort. We have avoided silicone gripper bands as they do cause skin discomfort and irritation.

I’ve been wearing your product for my achy fingers for years. My big toe tho, is the worst! It got so bad this summer, it was swollen and shapeless, and unbending for at least 6 mths. If I concentrated all my might, I could not get it to move even one cm! It was like a toe made out of cement.
So, I thought the thin bracelet you had on clearance might be flat enough to wear on my foot. For $6 I took a chance. Within 3 days the swelling was gone, I had shape to the toe again (more narrow on the sides) and I could wiggle and bend my toe again! Your products work miracles! I tell anyone and everyone who complains of stiff joints!
