How tight you wear the bracelet is based on personal preference. However, we always advise to choose a larger size than your actual wrist size, in particular for the Zen Loop Duo and Icon Loop as these do not stretch like the silicon products. We make these a little larger to allow for the clasp to open/fasten and allow for the internal measurement of the bracelets, therefore you may find the bracelets are slightly larger than ordered if measured out flat, as the size is based on the internal circumference when placed on your wrist.
Measure around your wrist using a piece of string or tape measure then purchase the closest maximum size to your actual wrist size, for instance if your wrist measures 18cm choose the LARGE size.
Our Colantotte® wristband products are made out of high quality materials, in some cases these are titanium so they don't stretch like our Trion:Z silicon products. Please take this into consideration when choosing a size.
* NOTE: Size is measured around the knee. Due to the fact that size of thighs and knee joint shape may vary, there may be some slippage occurring when using the support during exercise or over long periods of time, therefore there may need to be some adjustment required during use to ensure correct fit and comfort. We have avoided silicone gripper bands as they do cause skin discomfort and irritation.

After nearly 12 months of serious ligament damage and being in constant pain. I have purchased all types of knee supports and braces which have made no difference to the pain or freedom of my knee.
I purchased this product a week ago and a miracle has happened I have no pain. I’m exercising as normal now and walking freely. My training has recommenced with a passion.

Although the product ultimately didn’t fit properly the staff I spoke to was friendly and tried to resolve my problem, including sending out replacements and arranging a pre-paid envelope to send the old products back. i purchased my second knee support and have not received a confirmation email or expected delivery date. It was ordered on the 1st December. I did send an email asking what the problem was but did not get a reply. With My first delivery I was very impressed but what is happening with my new order!!! An answer would be nice.

Very disappointing performance despite being the right size it slides down around the knee very quickly so of limited use, in fact had had more success with length of tubigrip from local chemist. Overpriced and under performing product and a waste of money!!

I bought 2 of these and got the correct size after consultation with company.
They work brilliantly, I have bad knees and am in constant pain.. These stopped the pain instantly .
My only problem is they slip, end up more like flight socks rather than knee supports, I’m considering some way to secure like surgical tape.

I’ve only been wearing it for a day, whilst it does feel like it’s helping an undiagnosed knee problem, there is one thing that is holding it back. I can’t walk 100yds without it slipping past my knee.
You’d probably thinking the sizing is off, maybe I’d picked the wrong support but I triple checked my measurement before purchasing and a medium was the way to go.
It fits snugly, it’s not loose in any way shape or form, in fact the fit is damn near perfect but no matter what, my body body movements will make it slip past my knee. I’m kinda disappointed by this. I’ve been trying so hard to ‘fix’ my knee, physical therapy, foam roller, numerous stretches and ironically, this knee support has alleviated a lot of my pain.
I’ll keep wearing it, I’ll keep pushing on with pulling it up every so often but maybe you’ll rethink the design. Rubber lining behind the logo maybe?
