DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER
All UK orders will be dispatched the day your order is placed, using a Tracked 48 hour service.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Any UK order with a net value of £75 or more, after deduction of Gold Club discount or any other sale price discount, will qualify for free delivery.
Exchange your product
To ensure a hassle-free exchange process, the easiest way to exchange your product for a different size, is to send your order back for a refund (within 14 days of receipt) and to place your order again through our website. Please ensure you include your order number and date of order on a note when returning your product.
When returning your item, please send us a photo of the return in its original undamaged packaging and your return postage receipt. We can then issue your refund immediately, provided we can see that a new order has been placed.
Without the above we can still accept your return, but a refund will be issued once it has been received back at our warehouse and inspected.
Please note that the refund can take up to 14 days to reach your account.

You can return any new, unused or damaged item to us within 14 days from receipt, for a full refund. Products must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging, to avoid a repacking charge of £3.

All products come with a 6 month warranty against faulty parts of craftmanship. If an item is faulty or develops a fault within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion and cover any reasonable return postage costs. Please note that if the original packaging is not available due to the fault, we do not require it to be returned. However, please contact us for authorisation before returning your product.
